I made a complaint to Amazon because I have received only three rollers in the box so that there must be 12.
As I ordered the 3 products by this is just a little disappointing.
I look back to Amazon to find out what has occurred.
Otherwise the rollers are very easy on the hand.
I'm happy with the quality of 3 received.
