Super service after initially disappointed recession

I will update this recession, I (see below.) Got an answer directly after the publication of my original recession (s.Kommentar), in which I was asked me (not Amazon) to contact the seller right away and get a free replacement. I did this and did actually get in very fast pace a neuse product kostnefrei sent. Due to this customer service I am deeply impressed, not only that they actually a quick and easy replacement can get, but they do it even proactively on its own. I must confess that I myself had not at all thought simply to ask times as it looks to spare, the happier I am.
The product itself, I can not really judge now. It may be that my bad experience was really at a Mängelexemplar that but I will probably only know precisely in one year. That is also the reason why I forgive only four, instead of full five stars. If necessary, (I hope this time I also remember if there really is no problem) I will still continue korrigiern assessing one year upwards.

I purchased this product a year ago soon and was initially quite happy. While I was there (has kept at least five years) from my previous shell used to being able to open on both sides and the shell therefore not always having to completely strip if you want to reinsetzen short times, but that was clear before, and is not so bad.
The material feels like you just expect a garden Plane and initially everything was okay. For several months, however, the material riffelte on at once and tore a. first only smaller holes were despite direct taping growing rapidly and occurred at more and more places. I suspect that it, above all, the beautiful weather of recent weeks was what the whole extremely accelerated. Still, I had so little resistance did not expect from the sun.
After almost exactly one year I thus need a new cover - this time it is but definitely another.
