I can make this kit Anyone who does not have 2 left hands, with thumbs turn, has. I bought this kit as a basic model for my wife, who therefore wants to work in the music room of her daycare. The manual, paper & Youtube is simple and understandable. The components worked cleanly. The build quality is good (regrinding of all surfaces by hand is sufficient). Overall, I together used only about 1.5 hour for the construction (incl. Polish) with a 5-year-old. The individual ornament that my wife wished (pattern with soldering iron branding & wax with color tinting), then indeed took a bit longer (about 10 hours), but the result is impressive. Ornaments with soldering iron but please do not make to the clubface (Could the sound greatly change). After that I once spent half an hour for waxing and polishing, but you do not make. The sound is really good. Fetter Bass & nice snare effect. The trick is that you could playing surfaces of various woods and thus with different sounds, afterwards still reorder and replace.
