Unpacked. Situated. Since the TV was only a day later, I was able to first try out the DVD player and the radio receiver. Both worked flawlessly.
The speakers sound good for the price, the subwoofer could be a little stronger because I am accustomed to what else. But rather as if the bass deafened and can not be regulated. Otherwise, the speakers can be addressed individually and easily raise or lower it so that no problems are expected.
Connection to the TV: there were initially some problems, but what I was partly to blame.
Sound of the TV should be transmitted by means of an optical cable (TOS), which I ordered on Amazon. What was not noticed: on the cable ends are thin plastic caps that I had initially overlooked. After I found out, the sound of the TV ran smoothly on the home theater system. Great sound that fits the great image.
Then the system is connected via HDMI cable to your TV, DVD inserted. Only the device was not recognized by my TV, I then hammer out quickly. Then at first no sound, just the picture ran. But was somehow well on the DVD after I had changed this, I got through both
Cable length: for the rear speakers would have allowed to be one meter longer, went just like that. But one can easily extend as needed.
Sound Effects: on LG can adjust various sound effects, as is likely to be there for all musical tastes.
Previous conclusion: the price / performance ratio, the system is fully consistent with what I had hoped for. Even a little more
