The box can be operated in two 'positions'. When it stands upright on the Gummiefüßen it radiates in all directions and sounds very spatially and airy.
If one on the side, the sound radiates in one direction and the bass is hugely magnified. Then sounds very 'right'.
The range of connections is as neat: From my kitchen by 1er old building wall into the living room was not a problem.
The battery life is very good ... I almost let the kitchen run TV at normal volume wired about it all day.
Incomprehensible: Unfortunately, you can not box via USB charging, but only with the supplied AC adapter, which has a special connector.
Sunk under a protective rubber is a 3.5mm connector for external devices and the 'DC In' for the included 'special' Sony PSU.
Weight and size are okay, they can be stored easily and does so in a backpack not unpleasantly noticeable.
Connecting via Bluetooth is child's play, you press the button for a few seconds to the far right and a nice little voice informed a wise which listens for connections.
I can connect it in seconds with my Sony Xperia Z1 via the NFC interface, simply hold the device together on Logo and off you go.
