In advance should be said that I have not trained ear and therefore the sound can not professionally evaluate!
I will occasionally compare these speakers with the Philips BT100, I may also use this call my own.
My review is broken down into the following areas, which I rate initially grouped separately and after:
~ Packaging and accessories
~ Connectivity and operation
~ Sound
~~ Packaging and delivery: ~~
The Bluetooth speaker has arrived well packaged with me. The package is not too large and therefore not a lot of space is wasted. The packaging was also easy to open.
To the scope of supply includes, in addition to the speakers, a micro-USB to USB Type A cable (about 70cm long), a microUSB to 3.5mm (about 70cm long), a bag (almost feels like Velvet on) and a "Welcome Guide" (English, German, and Japanese [I believe]).
Therefore everything is for me what I need to use to these speakers.

~~ Connectivity and service ~~
In order to use the speaker can use two methods.
On the one hand you can comfortably connect the speaker with another device via Bluetooth. In addition, it is Bluetooth 3.0 and A2DP can, and AVRCP!
The coupling can also be carried out even by NFC (advantage over the Philips BT100). This worked for me right away and has not caused any problems for me. I have the connections via NFC and manual coupling to an LG G3 [Android 4.4.2] and a Nexus 7 (2012) [Android 5.0] tested.
Secondly, you can connect via a jack to the speaker device easy. This worked with my Nexus 7 also good and right away. However, thus the micro-USB port of the speaker is busy, which is why you can not load the battery in parallel.
The operation is very simple, since there is only one button on the speakers!
Man holding this button for 3 seconds. Long pushed to the speaker on or off. This is also confirmed in each case with an acoustic signal. In addition, an LED flashes blue behind the button when the unit is on. If the connection has been established (with the above methods), the LED glows blue.
I find it interesting that my LG G3 can display the charge level of the speaker (see screenshot).
Unfortunately, you can not, like the BT100, receive calls through the speaker, but it is not particularly important to me.
With NFC and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity and current operation is super easy.

~~ ~~ Sound
I find the sound very pleasant and surprisingly good. I did not think that can come from such a small cube so good sound, especially when one considers the relatively low price! The sound can be beautifully made loud, so I can well imagine that you can take with the device for a picnic in the summer.
It is transferred with my tested devices (LG G3 and Nexus 7) of any sound (even system sounds).
For me, a surprise sound in small packages!

---- Conclusion ----
From me there is a strong buy recommendation. Operation is super simple and works well right away! The sound is completely satisfactory for me! The format is pretty small (45 x 45 x 45mm)!
Unfortunately I can not say no statement about the battery life, which I will supply later on occasion!
For me, a great device at a low price in a small format! Top!
