Super sub, but a bit complicated with the drivers ...

I have the adapter a bit longer and have read at the beginning that it is not guaranteed that the adapter under Windows 7 64 bit works.
But I can tell, it works without problems. The only problem was finding a driver and the installation.

One can take the original driver from Siemens for the adapter with the number 6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0, the driver, however, need to install manually. With automatic driver installation it is not working.
If I could, I would upload the driver files here, but is unfortunately not possible.
You have to go update definitely, Driver, then click "Choose from a list" then "Show all devices" and then you have to select the driver from the disk and bang it works.

Communication with an S7 300 works without problems. So I can say that I am completely satisfied with the adapter for the price and would recommend it definitely! Only with the driver you have to employ a few tricks.
