Super Tablet for normal users / somewhat confusing menu

Since there are very few good alternatives in 8 inch and the price I chose for this tablet.
The shipping was as usual very fix via Amazon without Prime. It is very comfortable to hold and can look very sophisticated.
After the initial setup and testing, I am also very enthusiastic .. everything runs very smoothly and also the battery is keeping a very long time (for me just 7 days)

However negative I noticed the apparently false filmware on the device. (Has been described already by another user). Namely, the device is called the phone so declared when switching on and off "phone is switched off, etc." and on "About" is also phone ?!

Now I thought, 'Okay Monday device> 1 was sent back> 2. the problem> had returned and now I have. 3
Device and this also has the wrong name.

I called because of the problem at times and Lenovo that are naturally Clueless ...
Since a well just stay the rooten left and play a different firmware.

Maybe someone else here have any experience with it ????
