After I've bought the Flexibar, I did not know exactly what you are doing with the rod so. So I looked on Amazon and find this DVD. After much reading the reviews I bought it me and I'm thrilled. It is explained very nice and the scenery is great. The exercises are good for beginners and intermediates. I would recommend this DVD Tell A Friend.
