I had not had so far as DVD players and I made my Christmas present by acquiring Blu-Ray DVD player. I chose this unit after many comparative price and technical characteristics. Reviews of Amazon customers have helped me in my choice. Anyway, I already knew it was small compared to other players for a small but it has everything a big one. The image is perfect and even my simple DVD have better rendering. The audio is excellent and the ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cable opens up additional possibilities. A little long to start but very quiet. I can only recommend to buy this device from Amazon (the cheapest for this model).
