No complaints manufacturing level finish, Sony has done a great job, especially for a modest price anyway. It folds easily, without feeling that it may sell at any time (as others ..). By cons, beware, do not bend in a "flat", the headphones retract into the hoop for a compact look of the helmet. Comfort level, I really appreciate the way it covers the ears, one detail: it's me "heats" a little ears, no wonder I believe for a "tight" headphones (although on that side it is not the 100% ... But overall, it is very comfortable. So really satisfied with the purchase, I personally recommend!
