Surface Pro 3 fits well ...

The Surface POR3 fits well in the pocket with 10.1 ... 11.6 "size.
It is slightly larger than it should be unconditional. So when it comes to optimal utilization of space (eg in your backpack), then the XiRRiX neoprene sleeve is better then the fits like a second skin and is only above some air.
In the pictures there is an impression with the SFP3 it.
