Product Import visibly (everything is in Chinese!) Having already had a lot of helmets in all price (Triton, Sony, Plantronics, Turtle Beach, and so on) that makes me a good comparison. I admit generally to have been seduced by this helmet: The pros: - Comfort rather surprisingly, it "envelope" the head but do not tighten excessively so it holds well without moving, without doing evil. - Clear and precise Micro, somewhat muffled (it will amplify the sound from microphone Windows) - Drivers provided for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 is no problem recognition - Solid construction at all levels (helmet, wire, connector), a super well finished appearance - The yarn is reinforced with a reinforcement (type iron wire board) but tends to tangle - Remote Volume / microphone cable on the very simple, accessible and high quality - Red lights on the side for the Geek appearance ... - One of the major advantages: USB Connection and finally avoids too fragile Jack connectors on the PC (I had the problem 2 times) - The price ...
The -: - Average audio quality "plus", it significantly better than most for this price, I must admit, but everything depends on the use you have of this helmet. For gaming, it's almost perfect, powerful sound, very present mids (too) for clear and precise voice, bass pushed too (but appear artificial) and muffled treble. In short, a lack of balance typed "gaming" but not destined to the music listening (though I have experienced much worse and more expensive). - Simulation of the 7.1 sound is a little more but frankly unconvincing. - Isolation nonexistent in 2 directions (you can hear everything from the outside and inside). This point does not bother me personally because I prefer not to be isolated but can be severely annoying to some.
Taking into account the quality excellent workmanship, comfort, look, even if the sound is not perfect (for use gaming is nickel) and poor insulation, and the price compared to many others it is a great buy and I do not hesitate on 5 stars.
