Synthetic leather dissolves on the first day

I ordered the cover for my Kindle PW, because I did not want to spend so much money for the original shell.
Today she has come and already on the first day, the bonded synthetic leather on the back dissolves below.

So I'm going but then buy the shell from Amazon and this one goes back.

The brown color is actually quite nice and looks pretty much like this, as in the picture, hence the second star.

Anchor has a day later, reported without my help, me and offered me a free replacement.
Unfortunately, the exchanged shell also make the same mistake.
Because of the really outstanding services of anchor I give still another star.
Who uses the bag only at home can probably live with that.
