This is a very good book for beginners and confirmed. Each asana is seen in detail and to better understand how to improve and postures. Ronald is a very good teacher and is also a sports doctor.
I have other books on yoga. And this one is by far the best (from my perspective). I do my asana when I have time and this book allows to seek further the limits that the body imposes on us. Read and have bedside book.
