Taste: smells and tastes good to vanillie, but one notices the rather Hochen alcohol content to dilute a bit in the jaws does not matter who it interferes with puddings etc., has to resort (9g for 15) on highly concentrated extract. However, it is not verglichbar the Vanilliearoma from the supermarket, so the smell of "flavor-users" like my mother probably first unfamiliar (but in my opinion, clearly delicious!)
Dosage: Very easy by Tröpfchenauslass, I suppose for one serving pudding 3 drops of cooking, depending on the recipe accordingly more.
Conclusion: For those who cook with proper Vanillieschoten and bake a great alternative, very good in taste and easy to dose. For all gourmets, I would perhaps recommend a high-dose extract, which can be however wensentlich heavy dose, I'll continue to use in any case the LittlePod extract!
