Dear Sir or Madam,

That was over three years, the fourth delivery
Makana linseed oil 100% pure, cold pressed. The last three orders
were carried out at Amazon. In the first three deliveries there was no
Reason for complaint. However, the supply of 27.12.2012
is wrong. Would have the taste and smell ago
Tran be in the container. No trace of linseed oil.

The Fa. Makana may nevertheless take this position please.

Because on the packaging is, among other feed materials "
I asked in November 2011 to the Fa. Makana how
Quality with this memo exclusively for animal farming
was produced. They assured me that exactly the same
Quality in these containers is in the 1-liter bottles as
Manako linseed oil. The quality inspection is the same,
so I was assured.

On 30.12.2012 I wrote the above text already '[...]
To this day, I waited in vain for an answer
