I now take the warranty service, and getting the same again, to have just caught a Monday device hoping, because actually I am convinced before the quality of AKG for years - I use AKG headphones professionally at work and hobby. Therefore, there is the (acoustic) art 3 star, because there is little to complain about. At most, that the frequency response could be a little more linear and the depth range should not be strengthened by (or only Duch) switching on the NC function (and indeed only at the same level with the remaining frequency ranges). Otherwise good frequency and depth.
So unfortunately, due to structural deficiencies limited recommendable. If the next by lasts longer, I'll adjust my review might still.

After the 1st headphones broke down, I have described it above, brought for a second time, and was unfortunately disappointed again - that thing is after about 6 months back to exactly the same place broken. Clear Design errors and depreciation to 1 star for the acoustic quality. The good is but little, if you can not wear it because the bracket and the joint breaks.
Goes back, money back. Hopefully other manufacturers make better. A pity ...
