Philips SB7300 / 12 Shoqbox Portable Premium Bluetooth speakers with integrated microphone and touch sensor
If I would argue now that tears me the design of the "terrain" -Shoqbox socks off, then I'd be lying. The device comes in a pretty belämmerten Forest and Meadow Green and therefore brings to the distance more like an antiquated hand grenade as a speaker system. Not even the bad processed carabiner not (by the way, so little endure that the user guide warns burdening him) to improve the overall impression. The feel is suffering because unfortunately in this issue by the unchanged "great" weight (Shoqboxen are relatively heavy) and the ghastly "rubber-feel" the "armor" that you missed him. If that helps in the field - who knows? Splash or not - I would not go swimming with the "terrain" -Shoqbox. But I would not go with her to the ground, because scarce 150 then it is too much to risk that a device in camouflage with a relatively high weight falls to an insufficient carbine from my congested belt and after a few steps no longer find is. ;-) Short: With the coloring Philips has done and the customer any favors.
Bribing does the device but again by the technology, the sound and the ease of use, the untold mountains devoid of meaning instructions have not diminished even in this issue, which leads promptly to the point deduction. In addition, also on this box still lacking somehow important for me "buttons", which would sometimes enable gesture-free operation. Where the more "luxury features" are who do not necessarily have to be, because it annoys me really that in this further development of Shoqbox still the issue with the USB port and the putting down of the device has not been clarified clean.
What I mean by that?
ShoqBox can lie, but you can also wonderful stand (namely on the side with the USB (charging) connection). This is wonderful and makes me sound-wise more fun than lying down, but it ends after a few hours in the empty battery and thus the end of the fun because the Shoqbox can not be put down when a USB cable is plugged in. Again a luxury problem, but one that would not be if you would attach the connection elsewhere or, for example, an angle cable would attach, which can be taken out at the side of the lid. In this way, you could load the Shoqbox permanently by means of an appropriate USB adapter and could use them as a permanent institution.
The stereo link works equally well, but in my eyes is more of a gimmick than a feature that I desperately needed. Still nice if you can provide sound from an entire room by phone or notebook ;-)
In conclusion, the Shoqbox - in whatever version - a good device, which is placed at a good price-performance ratio to the customer. About color and design can be discussed and be "only" 4 instead of the theoretically quite deserved 5 star also expected by me luxury features, but on the instructional problems just not, which is why it also here.
