The pan is great. Very quickly indicates the red dot in the center that the pan is hot enough. A crepe / Plins I baked without oil. Only when the top is no longer liquid, allows the dough stand out and easy to apply. But without oil I do not like baking. With a pastry brush with natural bristles I will rub the surface with a very thin frying oil, then incur in Plinsen the small bubbles that the dough stays loose.
In handling the pan is nice and light. The flat edge allows an easy lifting and turning of crepes. Cleaning is absolutely no problem. Everything runs off of its own accord.
