The sides are 0.5cm schmaller than A4 thus they are also wrong in spite printed style of Sattleford (see website). The cardboard or even the software for the style can be the font (print) look a little blurred.
The perforation / spikes can be recognized also. Cheap, yes, but not cheap. Better spend a little more.
