These Eneloop being preloaded I could test the level of charge in reception: between 509 and 517 mAh.
For a theoretical capacity of 750 mAh that gives a 68-69% charge remaining.
The manufacturing date of my lot is 7/2013 of it makes a loss of 31-32% in 17 months, or 22% / year.
These batteries (HR-4UTGB = 3rd generation) theoretically have 10% / year of losses, however, the first load is not necessarily the best example.
Note that this first load is obtained from solar panels!
At normal load, I get between 750 and 761 mAh which is pretty good.
My charger is also capable of carrying a load "break-in" to refresh and get a max capacity of the batteries.
This is a slow charge (at 0.1C, 1C is the battery capacity = 750mAh) and slow discharge and low charge.
I then capacities ranging from 782 to 809 mAh!
In short these batteries are a very good investment (I bought mine at 2 unit), with a very good capacity and premium quality: the best!
Buy a good charger to maintain your battery!
