As described in the maintenance manual, I use for cleaning two buckets, one with the shampoo, one with rinse water. This should be followed carefully, because otherwise there is a risk that accumulate in the glove gradually small stones. Thus one has to then quickly scratched the paint.
The cleaning operation is then very slightly out of hand. Mostly you just lightly touch the dirt, just everything is clean.

The glove takes a proper amount of water and maintains this also (without the half lands on the ground). The microfiber is very soft and durable. I have the glove given after each car wash in the washing machine at 60 degrees with mild detergent. Thus, the dirt is almost completely out, except for a few gray spots.
More importantly, the glove remains soft and will not distort.
