how does this stuff really:

x tearing one of two packages - this can be opened separately ---> is only one pillow is consumed

x oxygen encounters the package and an iron powder is heated by a chemical process

x by gently shaking the can be done quite quickly and then remains good 4 hour hot

positive I feel the feel of the pillow that really does not bother in his pocket. In winter you can einstekcen 2 of those things and will remain so while shopping or walking nicely warmed.
