The Amazon malfunctions

I have no complaints about the items received that conform to my expectations, for cons, I had to repeat my order several times after an avalanche of messages fanciful (I have kept all these mails to a consumer association) telling me that my payment was not happening, or that my order was canceled while I had already received the items end up receiving the cover in duplicate on the same day double invoiced as obviously. These transactions took me a long time and it is very unpleasant it can not have direct contact in this kind of situation. I think my refund of the item in double I just return will also be a problem. My order was passed on March 2 and I'm repossession of my tablet cover that April 20 is more than six weeks later !!! One last point: when I order you offered me a bulk purchase of two articles related to the cover I was looking at a price of 35 the lot but surprise when billing the amount exceeded 43 carport charged over two articles on three! So after all these hassles I think I now will avoid having to make your services as this has been long and complicated !!
