The best album Nino has ever published

Ninos albums differ in the quality greatly. If you listen to in the circles of his official fan base around which favorites are but soon realized: Each has its own Nino-favorite album from the 2000s (in my case, "free from giddiness"), in which really sounded no Nino album as the other. And then just this album, De Angelo from 1991st
Somehow this CD is completely out of discussion. Here this album has pretty much nothing to do with the Nino, as the public knows him. Is this but a rock album. The first album with which Nino had emancipated. The first album, which he himself had produced. And how great it is!
The single "Maybe you have to first through hell" could be a typical Nino cuddle ballad, they would not have produced so rocky. The same applies to "never again love", great arranged, a great text and Nino, who shows with vocal octave leaps, what he can. "Platform 8", the piano ballad at the end, is the saddest song ever-Nino, like the non-fans very well (I've tested). And then all the rock songs that go forward: the poignant title 'past' in which Nino tells of a friend who died of drugs, the "anti-yuppie" song "Confessions" and of course the songs about women as "under the skin" and "Wild at Heart" - here really convinced each title.
And when you hear that, inter alia, with Curt Cress and Peter Weihe really were extraordinary Stars among studio musicians on the instruments, it is also not surprising.
The only weaker titles is perhaps "La Luna", the most rocking song of the album, musical quality, but textually rather embarrassing. Here we recommend the Italian version that is not on the album, but also available for download is.

So one can only emphasize once again that this is the best album that Nino de Angelo has ever brought to market. Of course it's flopped because with this kind of music could previously hit fans often do nothing. For that he got this much recognition the German rock stars who had so to offer Germany at the time.
