I now doomed eternally grateful to the person who gave it to me as a gift last week (however interested in the purpose of obtaining some secondary benefits pastry). That is, from my bedside book. Christophe Michalak and his team exposes us his "basiks" (with the K Michalak, that's not a misspelling: Full basic recipe, a good third of the book) in step by step with photos support, basiks then reused in various forms (Fantastiks, some hybrid between cake and pie desserts, kosmiks, mobile version of the jar, kocktails, mini cakes and kréatifs, kinds of desserts a little minute free-style). Above all, and this is where this book stands out, it encourages the reader to create his own recipes by declining basiks according to his tastes, seasons, his inspiration, what he wants, even offering a table of effective taste associations, and examples. I already tested several recipes from the book (including fantastik rhubarb vanilla, top) and also with a personal creation, I must say, with some success. In short, you'll understand, so I highly recommend this UPO (Unidentified Object Pastry) modern and fun to each and all. May he bring you as much fun as me.
