I have worn the clock a few years and was very pleased.

Benefits:
+ Very easy
+ Clear, easy to read display
+ Day / month and day can be displayed without additional button
+ Good precision
+ For sweater carrier: the buttons are recessed so they can not chafe the sleeves

Disadvantages:
- No lighting
- Not waterproof ("Water Resist" thinks only splashing)
