The game itself looks like Halma in bulk - but works quite differently. There are fields in 4 different colors. You pull cards on which one of the corresponding color is displayed and then builds its towers / his wall. The solid colors on the map indicate where can be built. Rule of thumb: 1 card, a box build. The aim is to build a solid wall of one side to another.
Fies and happiness Lastig it is, however, when arguing the two players or teams to a tower box. Tower Fields are slightly thicker fields on the game board. There built towers serve as a kind of lifeline and, once they are connected to another tower, no longer be changed.
So argue the two teams to a tower box (which is logically not connected with a wall), then decides Cards Luck, who outdoes the other in building the tower higher. Who has more cards of that suit wins the tower and then builds (in the next train) a wall and that's it. This forces you to / the other players to take big detours or decide the game for themselves. Although you can build very flexible - each tower space on the game board can always be built (!) - But in the end the player is lost, the "to only shrugs," so indicates where he wants langbauen. Then the opponent can block him with a few maps the possibilities. That's a bit of a shame.
Plan long in advance you can not, unfortunately, because it is quite dependent on the card drawing fortune. Only when you're playing as a team and the players a card "zuschiebt" - what is allowed! - You can maybe land a coup ..
Conclusion:
Couple pretty hit or miss, depending on the four players and house rules - what is allowed to communicate with the partner, which is not - quite interesting and worth 4 stars.
