.... Preparation is simple and fun, the result is delicious. One can vary a bit if you like and customize the bread his own taste. I have made the dough from baking machine and then baked in the oven, it is not convenient :-) I also had the pleasure of using the service to speak of Seitenbacher and am excited about the friendliness and helpfulness. I'll try the other breads. I had so far cost only the baking mixes from the supermarket, the average between 40 + 50 cents. With these mixtures you get the typical bread machine, somehow always the same and too airy. This Backmischung me is right the first time a "real" and "genuine" bread succeeded just like you can buy it at the bakery. Dark and juicy.
