First saw "Alb-Gold" for me after a Billigbiomarke out, so my first impression. But very far from it! Spelt is better you do not get, especially not at this price! Bio's just not the same as organic, and these are among the best:
The spelled is of Bioland (Bioland, Demeter and Naturland are the Porsches among the biomarkers, they build according to the strictest organic standards Organic to there. In contrast heard the "only" EU organic standards at the lowest). In (here) organic (and in Demeter) is contrary to the European organic seal, which even F1 hybrid seed may not be used without labeling, only varieties resistant, capable of reproduction seeds of the best varieties used. Therefore, we must also assume that he was pulled out of this very seed in this Dinkel.
The spelled is grown in Germany, specifically in Baden-Württemberg. After organic standards. Outstanding!
Even I have developed food intolerances few years ago, so I had to start from some foods to try what I can tolerate well. Since I could not stand at all a reasonably priced spelled flour in organic quality, I thought it would be at any Dinkel product like this. This spaghetti I have for the family and ordered halt trial eaten times. I have easily tolerated, and since then several times and loved to eat. Now I get it in Sparabo, and the 15 percent discount that make very good :) I consider myself as currently gradually a small supply of these to spaghetti, hold like other spaghetti without egg safely for years.
In my opinion it is not necessary to order the more expensive of the same brand Spelt Spaghetti in non-whole grains, because these ones do not have extreme wholegrain character, if you do not like this. So far I have been served this Spaghetti several guests, and they tasted very good each.
On the spaghetti itself only 7 minutes cooking time are given, I cook them longer, until such time as they swelled visibly, but not completely soft overcooked. But even that's already happened to me and usually taste Spaghetti then not more - not so in this, they could also completely weichgekocht still eat and they tasted good anyway.
You also do not stick together, which I regard as an indication of a well very low gluten content.
When boiling a little salt sufficient oil must not be such as to give wheat spaghetti because they should, it sometimes associated in the pot, let super easy to separate from each other with a fork.
I highly recommend this Spaghetti with a good conscience continue!
