The bible of the rice-cooker

If you need is a book to accompany your rice-cooker, it's this one. Of course, all types of rice are treated and many recipes are proposed. But you will also learn how to cook all kinds of grains and seeds, salty to sweet.

One caution though: there are 2 types of rice-cooker: the basic and the "fuzzy-logic". Found in France, this model more elaborate and expensive than the basic cooking adjusts depending on the ingredient used. It is therefore able to cook more than just a basic model brown rice for example.

This book offers some recipes "fuzzy-logic only" that you may not be able to achieve in the base model. But it is a very small inconvenience compared to the overall quality of the book that probably will open new culinary horizons ;-)

To return to the devices "fuzzy logic", I understand that Santa will bring me a Simeo - AB 340 - Delicook and it seems to me that this device comes close damned. A word ...
