To assess one must always first ask what you'd expect from a device. I bought the Selphy, print the photos at an event the visitor immediately and can pass. The expectations were not the perfect image, but straightforward to get a nice to seeing photo in an acceptable speed. But the Selphy has earned a total of 4 star. For simplicity, there is of me 5 stars. Current software for the Mac on the MacBook Pro installed, turn on the printer, do something on the display stands for the direct connection via WLAN and ready. Works. Any problems with me. Beautiful images, it can also print, correspond quite precisely my (calibrated) monitor image, they are good immediately smudge-proof and easily manageable in the colors and especially by thermal transfer printing. Critical views can (fine) discover strips here which did not disturb anybody, everyone was happy about the pretty pictures that could take with them immediately. 4 stars. Somewhat problematic was the rate for me. A print from sending out the MacBook lasts about 1.5 minutes. This is quite ok for a picture, certainly not very relevant for private use, because you print on hold and lets hinrattern right to film or paper are all the fellow simply. This is not done in parallel, because paper and folkie have different ranges, so you have to look at the device from time to time. Change if necessary material and it automatically goes on without problems. In my event, I had fortunately always time during the lectures to print the images, but when printing 100 photos at a time already takes some time until then is everything ready before you. Here I give in my case only 2 stars. Still, it's a really great device that I have certainly not used to the last time for me. The speed problems I deal a little, I've now bought myself a second device and then hopefully can print in two parallel pressure snakes where I .... need a device via WLAN and the other ansteuere via USB but I still try.
