Well, the installation is quite simple and fast, then carried out the necessary registration and there you go.
BluRay disc are usually impeccably played-a good thing. Every now and then an update is needed to a disc wiederzugeben- stupid, wenns grade to go when DVD evening, but what can you do. As a non-pirate one is always the stupid-so it seems.
Well normal video files in AVI container, whether HD or SD (primarily TV footage of OnlineTVRecorder) are often reproduced only with problems. For example, the picture freezes and only the sound is running (here will help once projecting a piece and jump back) but partly I also nasty Bildfehler- absolutely useless. Windows Media Center and VLC do not have any problems here.
Very big annoyance: the sound. The sound output itself is fine no question, but why the hell is always my custom-fitted by driving volume setting my 5.1 configuration reset when I use the volume control in the program? (Creative X-Fi Titanium) Well I knew the problem already from previous versions (and other sound cards)
Furthermore annoying: some MKV files the audio track was slightly offset. For the VLC Player (free) no problem: simply set the desired delay, already running image and sound back in sync perfectly. For the 100 software from CyberLink an unsolvable problem.
And now the highlight. Suddenly out of the blue any BluRay playback is denied. After several hours of troubleshooting, installations, and Internet research it is clear that this problem seems to affect many buyers suddenly:
Read eg here: [...]
Well after a few days now a "hotfix", which is to solve the problem. Problem: One has only (a few days Response Time) contact by then a lot of data (system, invoice, cd key etc etc.) to disclose to then obtain a personalized download link support.
I want the juice shop who does not get to run its software still run after to get a verfügbbaren Patch? Are you crazy? Especially when you consider that even the latest version 12 is affected.
I am anyway so annoyed that I prefer writing this review instead of an email to the CyberLink Support and my money will immediately invest in other software.
