I have different caramel syrup tried: from NoName products to the common in the larger supermarkets. Taste really wanted me but no one, except for the of Monin - and has been for over 10 years!
The syrup has a grandiose consistency - not too runny but not too tight. Who wants to have it for the decoration on the milk froth, must pick up the firmer syrup in the tube by Monin, I recommend also. Often there is at me a combination of this and syrup for decoration and refinement from the Sqeezetube (Monin caramel sauce in the 500ml bottle).
After I had the small bottles with different varieties tried several times and then had the middle Caramel bottles, I was looking for the best price / performance ratio and that I found in this 1,0l bottle. But watch out, she did not always have the best price per liter.
Conclusion: It seems to me no other Caramel Syrup more in the bar or on the ice ... only times still another Monin syrup for a change. The tastiest and most natural-tasting syrup but remains for me this one.
PS: The only exception - Starbucks uses a different syrup, I get the times in the fingers ... then I would again try around a bit.
