It took me only once tasted some effort the exact item number / name of the DLP shutter glasses of the 2nd generation of Acer to find - only a call to Acer support brought clarity [Article: MCJG611006, exact designation: Acer E2b v2 (24p) DLP 3D glasses]. For the moment these new models Eyewear is needed compared to the 1st generation of Acer shutter glasses she supports 144Hz and was probably revised general nor easy.
The image and 3D feeling of the shutter glasses is excellent, it is very comfortable to wear, very light and me as an occasional spectacle wearers (otherwise contact lenses) it falls a little after little more on. There are two different large nose pads included for the perfect fit. :-)
You synchronizes after switching automatically to the projector as soon as it sends a signal in 3D mode and turns off shortly after no signal comes, or stepped out of the perimeter of the projector (such as out of the room). It also has a light sensor and compensates for ambient light.
Battery life is specified with 125 hours as long as I had not yet in use. During my tests I had no problems, such as an asynchrony during movie playback. The viewing angle and the glasses size is also perfect. Remarkably I find that I can easily can also wear with glasses!
For me, all around recommendable, I think I'll still one or two more buy.
