incomplete package on delivery (missing the cord for wired use). and impossibility of connecting the headset via Bluetooth to any of my devices (huawei ascend mate 7, Samsung galaxy tab equipped with Bluetooth, sony-ericsson ...). extremely damaging in the absence of cable for wired connection. otherwise, handsome helmet, padding and good range of adjustment and therefore very comfortable. but unfortunately unusable. otherwise amazon top service as usual really thank you
