After 2 weeks, it was enough with and I announced myself to the HP Support.
In preparing for the call to the HP Support and the review of entries in the HP Support Center, I realized that the 2-year warranty of the device has gegonnen in August 2011 - but I have purchased the product in June 2012. So I have only 1 year warranty !!!
That has particularly angered me !! I'll have to ask me if that is at all correct.
HP support was very customer-oriented and has the same offered me a on-site support, and picked up the device with me.
Recently launched Windows not even, but announced a "change in the hardware" and wanted the installation DVD for a new installation.
Now I wait times on the result of the repair.
