The Gymstick met me at FIBO. I have previously trained classically with dumbbells. First, here seem so a few Tubes not able to keep up, but that's definitely wrong! I've bought the Gymstick in silver (about there is the gold). Make therefore especially training for the upper body. Here, the resistance is more than sufficient! Through the winding can change the intensity even during exercise. Unlike weight training increases the tensile strength by the end of the contraction - which also ensures a special training stimulus. The Gymstick also requires a good body tension: certainly a clear advantage over insulated equipment training. The enclosed DVD is already showing a lot of basic exercises and with a little imagination, the variety of exercises is quite unlimited.
I highly recommend this training tool in good conscience just about anyone who strength training (whether more health-conscious or toning oriented) and simultaneous coordination training would operate. The easy handling that thing can also be used for sport-specific exercises. Ingenious fitness machine!
