We have a total of 4 Fiskals Splitting in use. This includes the X25 and X27. The X46 is the extreme tool when Holzzerlegen and is used when otherwise nothing works, because the X27 we split without problems oak logs with 100 cm diameter. When the big tree grates primarily from the lower tree area, the X27 comes to their limits. And then comes the hour of the X46 gap Hammers. A good 4.5 kg Total weight will be swinging ... And that's not just 2.6 (as in the X27) but full 3.7 kg Head weight !!! So that the user needs plenty of power to the Maul to lead clean. The result is then but impressive. Even knorrigst grown oak in the X27 in the end is still a chance, is split! The heavy weight of the inclined users should really use this hammer but only when another tool is no longer sufficient. 3.7 kg else to go quite fast on the back. I would actually use the hammer aufgrub the weight only when the big and gnarly tree grates. For all that is great including the X27 is a great tool with the significantly lower weight. Come strains with less than 50 cm in diameter for use ranges usually the X25 from perfect. Fiskars has brought with its Spaltäxten a tool suite on the market that sets new standards! We had experienced various Splitting from discounters and the construction market in comparison. None of the axes has survived only one season. The Fiskars Splitting, however, are truly indestructible and a wonderful tool for anyone who makes wood! Absolute buy recommendation!
