So away with the cutter knives and forth with what decent - after recently read in the relevant knife forums I came across the Hultafors knives. Easily processed, robust and low - the ideal tool for the site; and makes it the basis of the price then also not the same as many of times when one is destroyed or even gemoppst.
As a carpenter, I of course have my equal the double holster set with chisel bought because it is often asked at the site of other artisans if you can even have the chisel - the carpenter's always nice and sharp; back you get it then usually dull and botched. Now I have one that I can give out without concern for rough work (and the good cherries chisels are now geschohnt).
So now time for product:
The knife and the chisel are very simple but robust processes ie: Full plastic handle without grooves and crevices where dirt can be trapped; Sturdy blade (2,5er material thickness) and really sharp.
The advantage with these tools is in my opinion in the material: Although carbon steel --- that is, the diameter need now and lubrication with Ballistol for you to rust not start but on the opposite side can be carbon steel much easier and sharper sharpen than stainless steel.
My knife I immediately after purchase sharpened (it was quite hot, but I mags still a tick more sharply) and can thus forearms shave (I do not need indeed - but illustrates well the sharpness).
All in all, I know this set studied each of the functional, robust and effective tool.
