The intelligence and sound reason

A police officer is not satisfied that the suspected killer of a girl is the one who is accused by almost the entire population of a village
He promises to parents to find the real culprit and left the police to become a private investigator.

The search for the killer becomes the obsession of his life. Knowing that this is not the first such killing in the region and one of the suspects rolls with a big American car, he opened a gas station. In addition, he befriended a woman who has a little girl to use it as bait. Does it prove that public opinion and apparent sound reason was wrong? He found the real culprit and he will keep his promise?

That is the subject of this fascinating thriller, based on an original screenplay by the author (who is a little different this novel). The film was directed by Ladislao Vajda (`It happened in broad daylight '). For cons, the film Sean Penn 'The Pledge' is based on the same novel.
