Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ22EG-A Digital Camera (14 Megapixel, 16x opt. Zoom, 7.5 cm (3 inches) touch LCD screen, GPS, Full HD, 3D, image stabilized) Blue (Electronics)
Have this camera bought here because of the good reviews. Can not understand the good reviews. For me a clear bad buy. Operation: I found that our old Sony sometimes not easy to use. But to get along with this camera here is an adventure. It is so packed with configuration options, of which the layman has no idea and you also do not required for normal use. The camera has an intelligent automatic yes or a series of standard programs that you just selects and well. In short - even after two years, I really find in the menus EVERYTHING that I do not need the standard functions I need but every search frantically. Especially as I I'll abspiele a movie probably never understand. Even my husband, who has a knack for technology and has the operation always out quickly would sometimes throw the camera each preferably in the next corner. But far worse is the fact that we do not get it, take pictures with the camera. As already described above, the camera uses pre-set programs, between which you can switch using wheel. For the normal case, take the Intelligent Auto, which should take into account the realities of the environment actually optimally and also decides whether or not flash is necessary. Then there are lots of special programs. And here begin the real problems with photographing: Even during the first use I was struggling with the camera as I wanted to photograph my daughter while riding lessons in daylight in an indoor riding arena. The hall was indeed bright but just a little shady as it was outside. The intelligent automatic was not able to trigger the flash. The image was - tada - black. My old camera would have here even without a flash even hammer out a sensible image. To be triggered manually flash does not go. Because it is an automatic yes. Toll. Then I started to look into the thousand special programs that exist for any crap really. I do not know, frankly, where the sometimes differ so. For example, shooting the Progamme for night shots (of which there are several) somehow all black. So almost overnight. Here I imagine, for example, in "Night Portrait" before that I can be a person who is there to photograph at night. But do not go. One sees only black, as with the other programs too. The meaning, which is behind the individual programs eludes me to this day, despite intensive tasting completely. Each program makes the images a bit different, with no need for me would be seen why this is so, what program is now really well-suited for which situation. Honestly. While you a looking at the variety of programs, which could perhaps provide a passable picture and merrily going on try on the scene that you photographed is actually wanted for a long time past. The program, which provides a total of my experience, the best results is called "Party" and is designed for interiors with artificial light. In normal, day light rooms (without artificial illumination) provides this program for me the best results are the Intelligent Auto, which would originally designed for these purposes as mentioned above is too stupid to recognize when they need a flash and when not and in brightly lit interiors (see. also my example with the riding hall) NEVER triggers and the images thus are always black. Next and final knockout point: You can almost make any sharp images - unless I'm shooting a chair or a statue. But everything that lives and moves will be even slightly out of focus. A glance at Google showed me many desperate Lumix owners who like us are simply unable to get out of this camera a reasonable picture. In the past children's party I have not brought a decent picture of it. Was a Halloween party, it was dark, we had a black light in use and I stood there and frantically moved between programs, hoping for my random luck. Came out pictures on which nothing could recognize images that were blurry images that were cut off because the selected program was too long shutter speed and images in which the children were to be seen as spirits schemes. Toll. Had cheap cameras with far better results. Conclusion: Never buy a camera that will be more intelligent than the one that they served. This one will definitely re-sold.
