The 10 watt LED light is at best a substitute for a 100 watt halogen bulb.
In addition, it is not - as described - dimmable (flickering).
The most serious problem, however, is the enormous interference.
Radio operation with indoor antenna is - also in adjacent rooms -
not possible (noise). An EMC laboratory, the light only of
