My first impressions:
+ The mouse makes a fairly stable impression of what you can expect but not just for the low price.
- The mouse wheel makes a real shaky impression. Let's see how long it holds.
- For a big man with big hands me the mouse is almost too small again. In addition, it is (compared to the X-class) quite inaccurate, that I have often times miss the target; O)
- It is not even on a CD, on which the "special Unifying Software" Logitech is included. The you have to get an extra download. Then you would have at least can resist these giants packaging with the almost impenetrable plastic tanks (the environment would be happy).
- What most annoys me: The Mini-Unifying stick is nice tiny but needs direct "visual contact" with the mouse to operate. I run several computers over a CubiQ switch, in which two special USB ports for mouse and keyboard are located on the rear panel. Distance to the mouse: 20cm. And what happens - gaaarnichts. Or. the signal is not processed cleanly, and you can drive the cursor vertically up and down only in one place on the monitor.
To come straight to grab:
1. No - the port is not disturbed. All other mice work on him.
2. No - there are no interfering radio signals.
With an infrared mouse I would understand it yet. But not at this price range wireless technology.
Conclusion:
I have now ordered a short USB extension to see if the problem can be solved. But that does more technology on the desktop.
Or am returning back to the X class.
