Extensible pastry stainless steel frame and completely removable pro quality! I for 8 months: oven, freezer, the fridge always top for the result. Recommend really, this is the only to buy! The price of about 33 euros is a reliable investment you will not regret your purchase. De Buyer The house is recommended both for its professionalism, the quality of its welcome and the quality of its products! The others (I tested or acquired) have a thin aluminum, are light and disappointing for use.
