I take this lens now since about 1.5 years and am absolutely satisfied. I find this lens corresponds exactly to the demands of a "Always top" lens. Due to a rather large standard zoom focal length range of 15mm to 85mm you have here a perfect lens for the holidays if you do not want to carry around a large park with lens itself. The 15mm at the bottom include a significant gain to the 18mm of the 18-55 kit lens. And with 85mm one is already in the short telephoto range. In addition, the lens across the entire zoom range even at maximum aperture makes it very sharply gepart with an extremely fast and precise focus.
The lens has only one drawback, which is not quite as good light intensity. But I did not need in my applications (especially on vacation). And in Sittuationen with low light you can then still a cheap and bright fixed focal length like the 50mm 1.8 Caon use which only 100 will cost.
