The preamp is better than expected

I do not want to say much about the quality of the microphone - it is good for most language. Since even the built-in part of the Archos Recorder comes better off - if one disregards the hard drive noise.
On the other hand is very interesting the included, controllable preamps. In combination a quality micro (eg Philips) I have done quite surprisingly good shots - they gain power, I would not have expected from the plastic thing in the "No-Name" look.
