The delivery was super fast and came without any complaints with us. The bowl set is optically not the eye, but we went there even more to the purpose than to complete the look. Our little kittens (10 weeks old) has no problems to get hold their food (this was our concern, because the bowl looks quite large). It seems perfect for cats of all sizes. The cup is safe and the shells remain where they belong. The individual dishes can be easily remove and wash super fast. By stainless steel bowls no smell sticks; I can with dried-wet food quickly use sometimes a little fit, rinse briefly dry quickly ... I like this clean-as-new feeling.
