I contacted the seller because 2 of the 4 batteries purchased no longer hold a charge after only 9 months of use. (The battery discharges instantly in 1 second) Vendor Response: I have to contact the manufacturer !!!! This approach is zero, and I weigh my words. So in the future, when buying a product (TV, fridge, etc ...) in a specialty store (Darty, supermarket, Fnac ...) and that product fails, well there takes more go where the product was purchased, but contact the manufacturer: so if this is an AV device, contact the Chinese or Japanese manufacturer, whether it is a fridge, contact the manufacturer of the countries of the east .. ... according to the seller LUXOR.
